Provenance: signed to us in person at a literature talk in London on 21 November 2018.
Condition: a fine copy with negligible shelf wear. No previous oweners’ inscription, no stamps etc. Dust jacket is not price clipped and in very good condition with one 2cm tear to the rearch panel. Otherwise not faded and in good shape.
John Banville has won it all: the 2005 Man Booker Prize; the 2011 Franz Kafka Prize; the 2013 Irish PEN Award; the 1976 James Tait Black Memorial Prize and so on. He is considered as a condidaye for the Nobel Prize as well.
