The book is housed in a bespoke full blue leather solander box, and the dust jacket in a custom maded portfolio folder to rotect both items whilst presenting them elegantly on the shelf.

Condition: very good in like restored dust jacket. Light soiling to the white area of the front cover of the book. Light creasing and shelf wear. Spine not creased. The dust jacket has been restored by a leading restoration professional  in the UK, and now presents in very good condition with light creases. Restoration work included the closing of tears and filling of small chips.

Exceptionally scarce especially with the proof dust jacket.
