Stephen King (1974) ‘Carrie‘, US proof copy or ‘special reading copy’. In addition, Stephen King’s autograph on headed note paper ‘A Warning from Stephen King’ dated 6/23/86 ‘with best wishes’. Also includes a returned DDHB Radio request annotated by Stephen King in answer to arthritis featuring many times in his books ”Yes – Arthritis runs in our family – I suffer from it quite acutely myself.” Also including an addressed envelope where Stephen King has written his senders address in hand on the upper front.

Condition of the proof copy: slight shelf wear as expected. One crease on the spine; some stains and smudges as pictured. No creases to wraps. A Used Book Store stamp on the ffep. A very well preserved proof copy. These copies come up once in a blue moon.

Condition of ephemera: near fine with usual centre fold.
