Signed and beautifully inscribed by the author on the title page: “To Thom – | Best wishes, and remember: they only | come out at night. | Stephen King | 4/18/90″. With the rare first edition second state dust jacket which shows ‘Father Cody‘ on the front flap, along the USD 7.95 price printed next to the original clipped price as called for. Housed in an aftermarket solander box with magnetic seal.
Condition: The book is a close to fine copy with just the top board corners lightly bumped. The lettering on the spine is NOT rubbed out. The boards clean, the book square, the book unread, firm and without any nasty smell. The dust jacket is close to fine as well without any tears and only trivial edge wear as shown.
