Ian McEwan (1978) ‘Cement Garden’, UK first edition, first printing, published by Jonathan Cape. Signed on the title page without further inscriptions. Signed to us in person at the 2018 Oxford Literature Festival in March 2018.

Condition: near fine in like dust jacket. A beautiful specimen in an unclipped dust jacket. Not ex library and no previous owners’ inscriptions.

McEwan’s debut novel which shocked the literary scene. Adapted as a movie in 1993.
