Stephen King (1987) ‘Misery’, signed first edition

Stephen King (1987) ‘Misery’, US first edition, first printing, published by Viking. Signed and inscribed by King on the title page: “For George – Wishing you a minimum of ‘misery’ of on your birthday! [signature] 1/26/94.” A nice and unique inscription from the master of horror.

Condition: book is near fine with slight shelf wear as pictures. Boards have tiny corner wear at the bottom as pictured. The dust jacket is very good and unclipped. Dust jacket in in good shape as pictured.

‘Misery’ was adapted into one of the best King movies to date starring the great Kathy Bates and James Caan. Bates won the Oscar for her 1990 performance.
