Together with an original Michael Whelan oil on panel painting titled ‘Cornered‘ (2003) which was used as an illustration in the book The Dark Tower on page 128/129.  The painting measures  28″ x 18″ and is framed as shown. We will provide the necessary paperwork establishing provenance.

The painting shows Jake and Oy. There are several symbolic hints in the painting to the number ‘9’. The significance will be clear to readers of The Dark Tower.

The Dark Tower series is Stephen King’s magnum opus which started with ‘The Gunslinger‘ (1982) and culminated with the seventh main book in series ‘The Dark Tower’ (2004).
